Frequently Asked Questions

  • Pool & Spa Age Restrictions

    Under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult when using the pools and spa. Children under the age of six (6) are not permitted to use the spa pool.

  • Exercise Room Age Restrictions

    For using exercise equipment, 12 through 16 years of age must be under direct supervision by a responsible adult. Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to use the exercise equipment.

  • How do I get a pass for a house guest?

    We have to have it in writing, either by coming down to the Beach Club and completing and signing our House Guest form, sending a letter, email or fax. See the Members page for the guest pass request form.

  • Do you need a banquet permit for a private party?

    No, not unless you sell tickets to the function.

  • When is the outdoor pool open?

    Outdoor Pool Schedule - The outdoor pool will open by May 16, 2025.


  • What are the lengths of the indoor and outdoor pools? And how many lengths are equal to a mile?

    The length of the indoor pool is 60 feet and 88 lengths equals 1 mile. The length of the outdoor pool is 75 feet and 70.4 lengths equals 1 mile.

  • Does the Beach Club have lifeguards during the summer?

    No.

  • How old do you have to be to swim without an adult?

    Swimmers have to be 16 years old, for both the outdoor and indoor pools provided you are accompanied by a “buddy” that is at least 16 years old.

  • How old do you have to be to use exercise equipment?

    16 years old, unless under direct supervision of an adult.
